Clause: Platform's Right to Delay Orders
The platform reserves the right to delay or reschedule delivery dates in cases of force majeure or any operational or logistical circumstances beyond control, without any financial liability to the client.
Clause: Modification of Quantities or Prices Due to Market Fluctuations
In the event of substantial and sudden changes in raw material, energy, or transport costs, the platform reserves the right to amend agreed prices and quantities, even in fixed contracts, provided the client is notified.
Clause: Right to Refuse or Suspend Service
The platform reserves the right to reject any order or suspend dealings with any client if bad faith is suspected, or if there is a history of delayed payments or violation of terms.
Clause: Supply Quantity Flexibility
All quantities listed in invoices are approximate. The platform may adjust delivered quantities by ±10% depending on operational or supply conditions, without liability.
Clause: Limitation of Liability
The platform bears no indirect or consequential liability, including production or profit losses, or damages resulting from operational stoppage at the client's end for reasons beyond the platform's control.
